In part two of our MindHacks series, NFL Hall of Fame running back, Jerome Bettis, introduces the STOP Skill.

When you’re cruising down the highway of life, things tend to pop up that can send our emotions into overdrive. How you react to these temporary situations, is very important. Tune in as Jerome teaches us how to respond with our wise mind using the STOP Skill, so we can help prevent a short-term crisis from getting worse.
